13HRP – 0079 – Wrath of Muzon
Object Class: Black Tier — Entity / Anomalous Phenomenon
Alternate Names: “Muzon’s Fury,” “The Wrath Construct,” “The Stained God”
Description
13HRP-0079, known as the Wrath of Muzon, is an unstable entity of unclear origin. Witnesses often describe it as “the strangest living thing in the Hollow Reality Project”, yet no two accounts match. Its form changes with each sighting, but several features remain steady. Hollow Reality Project field notes stress that Muzon appears less like a creature and more like anger made alive.
- A core mass shaped like a twisting pillar of dark stone and flesh, lined with glowing red veins.
- Dozens of floating eyes circling the core, each rolling in random patterns and fading when stared at directly.
- Limbs that switch between insect-like claws, human arms, and snapping tendrils, never holding one form for long.
- A deep, droning wail that shakes the air and echoes inside the minds of anyone nearby. Consequently, it is described as “the sound of being blamed for every wrong in the world.”
The Wrath of Muzon does not walk in a normal way. Instead, it shifts in and out of space, reappearing in new spots within a 30–60m range. Moreover, its arrival causes changes in gravity, temperature, and emotion. Hollow Reality Project surveys also report localized storms forming after its appearances. When 13HRP-0079 manifests, the Hollow Reality Project always records disturbances in surrounding anomalies, strengthening the belief that the Wrath of Muzon acts as a catalyst within the Mirror World.
Psychological Effect
Exposure to the Wrath of Muzon triggers irrational anger in living beings. Victims report sudden fury at friends, leaders, or themselves. As a result, these feelings often lead to violent acts and collapse. Long exposure (over 20 minutes) ends in madness, followed by exhaustion or death from heart failure. Furthermore, survivors often suffer recurring nightmares and unwanted thoughts tied directly to Muzon. Hollow Reality Project documentation adds that the Wrath of Muzon leaves lingering anger for weeks, spreading like a plague of thought to those nearby.
Behavior
- Appears randomly during Mirror World storms and collapse events.
- At times, the Wrath of Muzon targets cultists; at others, it attacks researchers or Hollows. Consequently, its actions remain hard to predict.
- Its strikes are brutal, able to crush reinforced walls with its shifting limbs. In addition, the attacks leave lasting scars on the land.
- After violent events, the Wrath of Muzon fades without warning. Therefore, scorched ground marked with black spirals is the only sign it was there. Hollow Reality Project analysts note these spirals often reappear in unrelated anomalies, linking Muzon to wider disturbances.
Containment Procedures
- Direct containment of the Wrath of Muzon is not possible. Consequently, plans focus on fast evacuation and record-keeping.
- All reports of its arrival must be logged at once, and the area cleared within 60 seconds.
- Staff exposed to the Wrath of Muzon must undergo mental cleansing within 24 hours. Otherwise, they risk long-term damage.
- The Council has banned combat attempts; instead, silent watching only is allowed. Hollow Reality Project protocols emphasize that attempts to bind Muzon result in catastrophic backlash.
Recovery / First Contact
First seen during Event-████ in the Hollow Wastes, the Wrath of Muzon killed both Hollow guards and Johnny’s cultists without pause. Surviving witnesses called the event “a tantrum of gods.” Furthermore, fragments of old legend claim “Muzon” was once a god of rage, cast out during the first wars of the Mirror World. Therefore, the Wrath of Muzon may be a surviving piece of that being, doomed to replay its fury forever. Hollow Reality Project reports now consider 13HRP-0079 not only as an anomaly but also as a warning embedded in history.
Directive – Grand Council of Xikeony (Seal)
“Let the Wrath wander. Every world it touches remembers the cost of fury.”
— Grand Council of Xikeony, Statement 79.Ξ
“Record 0079 as wrath unending. Muzon’s anger is not against us nor with us; it is anger itself given form. Therefore, do not pursue. Do not summon. Do not claim allegiance.”
