13HRP – 0064 – The Lost Vas
Classification: Entity / Parasitic Archetype
Description
13HRP – 0064, called “The Lost Vas,” is a strange half-living vessel shaped like a huge ceremonial jar. Its shell looks like ceramic, marked with red vein-like lines that pulse as if carrying blood. Though it seems still, The Lost Vas can move when no one watches and makes deep hums when approached. Consequently, witnesses say the hum feels like it vibrates inside their bones rather than in the air.
Inside, 13HRP – 0064 – The Lost Vas has soft, gland-like tissue that makes 13HRP – 0345 – Crimson Egg. These eggs look the same as the ones created when people change after long exposure to 13HRP – 0024 – Maids Uniform. Furthermore, dissection shows unfinished organs inside the eggs, and some are half turned into mineral. Therefore, researchers suspect a disturbing mix between human and vessel linked directly to The Lost Vas.
Behavior
- The Lost Vas mostly stays still, but it sometimes tilts or shudders when light changes or when no one watches.
- At times, The Lost Vas releases a Crimson Egg from inside. The egg is slimy at first, but the coating hardens fast. As a result, fresh eggs feel warm and give off faint heart-like beats.
- When near anyone wearing 0024, The Lost Vas shakes violently, as if it knows them. Consequently, subjects report a tightness in their skin, and changes happen faster.
- Animals refuse to go near The Lost Vas. If forced, they often collapse with seizures.
Hypothesis
Researchers believe The Lost Vas may be a prototype form — the original shape that all 0024 victims return to. Therefore, this would mean:
- 0024 pushes wearers into a body shaped like The Lost Vas.
- Egg making is not new, but an old function that The Lost Vas once had.
- All maid-changed people are falling back to the Vas type.
Some suggest The Lost Vas acts as a key piece of the cycle. If it is the first form, its survival keeps the process alive. Destroying it might stop all future changes. On the other hand, others warn that such action could break the balance and release worse forms. Consequently, debate around its destruction remains unresolved.
Containment
- The Lost Vas stays in a sealed chamber lined with black dampening plates that block resonance. In addition, motion sensors track any shift.
- No 0024 clothes can come within 100 meters of The Lost Vas. Staff must scan fully before entry to ensure they carry no fibers.
- Eggs made by The Lost Vas are logged, placed in stasis, and sent to Site-34. Staff must not touch them directly. Moreover, handling always requires remote tools.
- At least two staff must be present for all checks so no one faces The Lost Vas alone. Consequently, solitary interaction remains forbidden.

Discovery Log – 0064
Teams found The Lost Vas in a ruined cathedral under a 17th-century monastery. The site was filled with half-changed bodies, many draped in torn 0024 cloth. As they moved deeper, the following details were noted:
- Egg shards: Hundreds of broken shells on the floor, some still leaking fluid. Moreover, many glowed faintly before turning brittle.
- Strange hum: A deep tone echoed through the walls. Audio checks later matched the frequency of The Lost Vas. Consequently, some staff felt fake heartbeats during exposure.
- Corpses: Bodies sat in a circle around The Lost Vas. Their bones were stretched, faces hollow, and skin glazed like ceramic. Therefore, many froze mid-change.
At 03:17, The Lost Vas released a loud breath of hot air, then dropped a full Crimson Egg. Ash and red fibers spread through the air, sticking to suits. Three staff reported the feeling of cloth binding their limbs. One collapsed, crying: “It wants me dressed.” Scans later showed faint lattice shapes under their skin.
The team moved The Lost Vas under strict triple-seal rules. Survivors stayed in quarantine for six weeks. Two grew subdermal lattice patterns like those caused by 0024. In addition, several dreamed of being stuck inside The Lost Vas, unable to move. Consequently, the quarantine confirmed long-lasting mental influence.
Incident Log – 0064-A
In one check, The Lost Vas produced three eggs at once. They rolled toward the door with no push. At that moment, sensors caught a spike in resonance, and staff heard faint choir voices. Therefore, drones retrieved the eggs, though one came back covered in red strands that melted away.
Tests showed the eggs carried human DNA fragments, but the strands were broken. Therefore, experts think they are failed plans for humans bound to the type linked with The Lost Vas. As a result, containment staff now treat each egg as a failed but still dangerous template.
Council Note – 0064
Several groups requested that the Council destroy The Lost Vas, citing its egg production, its tie to mass changes, and the harm it causes to staff. However, the request met rejection.
Council of 13 Response:
“Request denied. The Lost Vas came before the uniform. The Lost Vas came before the Egg. The Lost Vas came before us. To end it is to erase the base of the cycle. Watch it. Hold it. Do not destroy it.”
Directive: 13HRP – 0064 – The Lost Vas must remain under permanent watch. All future kill requests will go straight into the archive without reply.
