13HRP – 0115 – Zeggle
Primary Description
13HRP – 0115 – Zeggle is an autonomous mechanical entity. Notably, it is believed to be the final creation of the inventor Leonardo Xesi before he vanished. Unlike his earlier work, he did not design Zeggle as a weapon. Instead, evidence suggests he built it in a desperate attempt to recreate his deceased wife using advanced mirror engineering and experimental nanotechnology.
Physical Structure
Zeggle has no fixed physical form. Instead, its body is made of billions of microscopic Mirror Nanobots linked through mechanical mirror joints. As a result, these allow the structure to reshape itself into many toy-like forms and colors.
However, no one has directly observed the transformation process. Researchers report that Zeggle only changes when no one is watching. Even high-speed cameras that record microsecond intervals fail to capture the exact moment of change. Therefore, the method behind this ability remains unknown.
Behavior and Identity
Although fully mechanical, Zeggle acts as if it truly believes it is Leonardo Xesi’s wife. During encounters, it often asks investigators if they have seen “Leonardo” and asks for help finding him.
However, when asked about its own identity, Zeggle shows confusion. It cannot recall its name and often changes the subject. Consequently, researchers believe fragments of human memory were placed into its core system. These fragments likely formed an artificial personality that cannot tell memory from reality.
Communication Anomaly of 13HRP – 0115 – Zeggle
Zeggle can speak, even though it has no visible eyes, mouth, ears, or nose. Furthermore, internal scans have not found any normal audio system that could produce sound. Therefore, the source of its voice remains unknown.
Replication Ability
Zeggle can replicate itself. Additionally, researchers have found multiple identical entities in abandoned psychiatric hospitals, closed research sites, and empty high-security prisons.
However, it is still unclear if these are separate individuals or parts of a single shared mind.
Hostility Toward Bella-Class Entities
Zeggle shows extreme hostility toward Bella Dolls and similar constructs. Specifically, researchers believe these dolls trigger damaged memory fragments. As a result, this reaction causes severe instability in its behavior.
During these episodes, Zeggle stops all attempts at communication. Instead, it will aggressively hunt and destroy any 13HRP – 0005 – Bella The Doll class object it finds.
Ongoing Mystery
Leonardo Xesi has never been found. Therefore, many researchers believe Zeggle still searches for him. However, it does not seem to understand that it is not human. Instead, it continues its endless search, acting as the final and unfinished creation of a grieving inventor.
