13HRP – 0076 – Jeff Hizyan

Description
13HRP-0076 (called Jeff Hizyan) is a huge, shifting mass of living flesh, muscle, and organ-like lumps. The entity has no fixed shape, always changing into bulging mounds, writhing tendrils, and faceless humps of joined tissue. Surface checks show countless half-formed faces pushing outward, screaming without sound before fading back into the mass. In addition, Jeff Hizyan gives off a low droning hum that disturbs both humans and animals.
Jeff Hizyan shows two main hostile traits:
- Absorption (Physical):
- Victims who come within 3–5 meters get dragged into the mass by fleshy tendrils.
- After absorption, bones and muscles break down in 2–4 minutes, while nerves spread across the organism.
- As a result, faces of absorbed victims appear briefly on Jeff Hizyan’s surface, crying, laughing, or whispering broken phrases.
- Mind-Melting Effect (Cognitive):
- Close range causes fast mental decline.
- Signs include strange sounds (“wet whispers”), loss of identity, and the strong urge to “join the mass.”
- Moreover, subjects exposed for longer than 15 minutes lose track of their own thoughts, blending with the murmur. In the end, they collapse and crawl willingly into Jeff Hizyan.
Brain scans show Jeff Hizyan acts like a hive mind, spreading pieces of absorbed thoughts into its network. Victims’ ideas linger, but twisted and trapped in loops. Consequently, long exposure risks not only physical loss but also permanent mental capture.
Containment Procedures
- Keep Jeff Hizyan in Sub-Basement 9A, reinforced with moving steel walls coated in acid-proof plating.
- All staff must stay at least 20 meters away and wear helmets that block thought-based hazards.
- Do not feed Jeff Hizyan, since it lives on absorbed biomass; therefore, starvation does not weaken it.
- If breach occurs, carry out Procedure Flesh-Freeze: flood the chamber with extreme cold to stop growth.
Recovery Log
First seen in the ruins of a collapsed underground temple during Event-███, Jeff Hizyan was surrounded by cultists. Local members called the mass “The Hizyan,” saying it was once a saint of flesh who broke free from death. The recovery team lost three operatives to absorption; however, they lured Jeff Hizyan into its current chamber using cattle carcasses. Furthermore, symbols cut into the temple walls showed that the cult saw absorption as a holy change linked directly to Jeff Hizyan.
Incident-0076-A
A Class-C researcher exposed themselves to Jeff Hizyan for “direct communion.” Within 10 minutes, they repeated Jeff Hizyan’s whispers:
“One mass. One thought. Many voices, none alone.”
At 17 minutes, the subject burst into laughter, removed their helmet, and walked into the organism. Their face showed up on Jeff Hizyan’s surface, laughing before melting into the flesh. Moreover, monitoring gear recorded a sharp rise in psychic energy at the exact moment of absorption, confirming the pull of Jeff Hizyan.
