13HRP – 0055 – GrandMirror Priestess

Description

Entity 13HRP – 0055 – GrandMirror Priestess is a humanoid anomaly encountered only within the deepest layers of the Mirror World (13HRP-0051). She manifests before immense mirror walls that reflect not just the current reality but also alternate versions of observers. Unlike other Mirror World anomalies, she does not roam. Instead, she remains fixed to ritual sites, altars, and temples made of glass, obsidian, and fractured mirrors. Witnesses consistently describe her as an anchor for the shifting distortions of the Mirror World.

Her form resembles a tall woman draped in layered jade and white robes, threaded with black strands that move like living ink. In place of a face, she bears a flawless reflective surface that bends and ripples like liquid glass. When she speaks, her voice resonates from the surrounding mirrors rather than her body, forming a chilling chorus that echoes through entire chambers.

Properties

  • Reflective Authority: Any human who gazes into her mirrored head sees a warped version of themselves, always closer to becoming a Hollow. As a result, many kneel involuntarily, believing they are confronting their truest form.
  • Mirror Communion: She connects reflections across distant surfaces, linking separate Mirror World locations. Consequently, the GrandMirror Priestess often appears in multiple temples at once.
  • Ritual Enforcement: Those who resist her influence are drawn into the mirror surface itself. They re-emerge days later scarred, disoriented, and muttering fragments of ritual prayers, marked by wounds carved into their skin.
  • Temporal Distortion: Time in her presence bends unpredictably. Candles burn yet remain whole, voices echo in endless prayer-loops, and clocks stop or skip entire hours.

Behavior

The GrandMirror Priestess rarely acts with direct aggression. Instead, she imposes ritual devotion. Visitors report overwhelming urges to bow, chant, or carve symbols into their flesh. Moreover, when rituals are completed, she occasionally grants visions of possible futures. However, these visions nearly always culminate in catastrophic or apocalyptic scenes, leaving subjects shaken and unstable.

Encounter Report 55-B Filed ██/██/████, Location: Mirror Temple 7-B

Operatives entered the temple under strict directive to observe. Almost immediately, all three dropped to their knees without spoken command. Then, the Priestess raised one hand, and the mirrors surrounding the chamber illuminated with distorted images of the operatives’ families. Shortly after, one operative began to recite names of nonexistent children. Extraction was ordered after twenty minutes; however, one member refused to rise, remaining kneeling. When recovered, he whispered: “She is me. I am her. Thirteen faces. Thirteen prayers.” Hours later, the subject self-terminated while in containment.

Assessment

Entity 13HRP – 0055 – GrandMirror Priestess functions as more than a passive idol. She embodies the convergence of the Mirror World’s distortions, serving as both religious figure and structural anchor. Analysts argue that she sustains the Mirror World’s reflective religion, keeping its temples intact. Without her presence, temples might collapse; with her influence, however, they continue to spread, ensuring the Mirror World endures and grows more unstable with each manifestation.
