13HRP – 0023 – Spine Tapper

Description

Entity 13HRP – 0023 – Spine Tapper, called Spine Tapper, is a tall, twisted humanoid anomaly with extreme skeletal changes. Its limbs stretch to unnatural lengths, moving sometimes with smooth, machine-like flow and sometimes with sudden sharp bends. Each finger ends in a thin needle similar to a surgical probe. Joints bend the wrong way, making it look like its skeleton is worn on the outside. In dim light, the spine juts outward, forming bony ridges across the back and shoulders. Witnesses often describe it as if the creature “wears its skeleton externally.”

The presence of the Spine Tapper triggers dread, vertigo, and skin-crawl feelings. As a result, people often suffer nightmares of broken spines after encounters. Furthermore, tools record sudden drops in temperature and disruptions in nearby electronics. These effects confirm its ability to disturb both people and environments.

Behavioral Observations

Spine Tapper moves silently, evading both sound detection and most cameras. It often appears behind people without warning, as if stepping out of hidden space. In every known case, it taps the spine of victims—never the head or chest. The taps follow clear rhythms, suggesting ritual or purpose. Moreover, the taps often line up with nerve points, showing precise knowledge of anatomy.

After contact, victims suffer intense effects. First, they feel numbness spreading from the spine. Then, confusion of time, space, and memory follows. Many recall memories that are not their own, as if thoughts were swapped with someone else. Some lose control of their bodies for minutes or hours while staying fully awake. Others describe floating outside their bodies, watching themselves from a distance. More taps create deeper confusion, with each contact pulling them further away from normal self-awareness.

Neurological Impact Studies

Tests under strict control support these reports. Brain scans show tapped subjects syncing with others, as if sharing thoughts. MRIs reveal tiny bone-like particles in spinal fluid after contact. Because of this, some experts think these act like keys that open the brain to new signals.

The strange memories fade after days, but fragments often stay, showing places or lives outside the subject’s own. In fact, these fragments match reports from other Hollow Reality Project cases, suggesting the Spine Tapper moves thoughts across worlds. In some studies, several people reported the same visions of unknown cities with metal towers and gridlike designs that mirror both spinal diagrams and maps. Consequently, this suggests the Spine Tapper connects minds to parallel realities shaped like nervous systems.

Notable Incident Report — “Tap-6”

During one operation, a Zeldt operative collapsed after direct spinal contact. Though paralyzed, brain activity showed full awareness. Later, he reported that his spine felt as if it “belonged to someone else,” alongside visions of other lives. For twelve hours, his eyes moved despite total body failure.

Afterward, he refused to sleep, haunted by visions of the Spine Tapper beside his bed. Each attempt at rest triggered hallucinations of his spine being rewritten. His paranoia grew, and he stopped eating and drinking. Within weeks, he fell into catatonia. Finally, his last words described a “map drawn inside the spine that leads away from the body.”

Extended Case Study — “Gridwalker”

Infrared cameras show the Spine Tapper pacing in shapes that match nerve pathways of the spine. It repeats these paths endlessly, as if mapping nerves. When given rhythmic sounds, it changed its pace to match. This shows it reacts to outside patterns and may be trying to communicate.

Light tests revealed similar responses, with the entity copying Morse-like flashes. Sometimes, in agitation, it scratches detailed grids and spinal shapes into the walls using its needle fingers. These drawings resemble city maps, blueprints, and alternate-world plans from other anomalies. Therefore, it may be drafting entire worlds based on spinal systems.

Containment Protocol

Spine Tapper is held in a triple-layer steel cell under constant infrared watch. Staff must not engage except under approved tests. Researchers wear reinforced back armor and stay attached to auto-restraints. If it becomes aggressive, magnetic nets are deployed, though records show it can slip free.

To reduce danger, staff now use random background noise to break its tapping rhythms. In addition, affected personnel are given nerve blockers to limit long-term harm.

Additional Notes

Concluding Assessment

Entity 13HRP – 0023 – Spine Tapper poses a high threat not just due to its body but also because of its ability to sync minds and bend reality. It threatens both personal identity and group stability. Moreover, its possible alliance with Johnny increases risk further.

Researchers now see it not just as a predator but also as a builder of mind-maps. It may be shaping blueprints for merging worlds into one controlled grid. Consequently, this places it in the highest threat class. Continuous watch and cross-field study are critical.
